Good service

<p>Thobani M Good service received from the consultant who took some time to call and explain certain things that I did not understand. He was willing to go the extra mile in changing my address as I was unable to do so on the app. Th eonly problem I have is that I am now going to be charged R11 extra on top of my premium for the 1st of July referred to as pro rata because I could npot wait to change my address on the 1st of the month. Thobani tried to explain why I would have this money added onto my monthly premium even though once off but it still does not make sense why I have to pay it. This is making me reconsider my insurance with miway as I feel that they are trying by all means possible to extract as much money as possible from their clients. I mean isn't changing an address changing an address- should it matter when you do? This does not make sense in my layman mind!</p>
