I Want to thank my way and it's representative kamogelo modise for patiently helping me with my policy updates today. I really appreciate all the good service and I hope it remains but the chat service takes longer to get a respond this days. It used to be fast, now you can wait more than 15 minutes online waiting for a response but I hope it improves like all other services
