<p>I was in the process of shopping around for cheaper cover and Christinah called me and offered to tailor my policy as per the quote I received elsewhere. She sent me an SMS on 11th November and requested that I reply YES or contact her. I did both for 4 days - leaving messages fir her to return my call to no avail. Today David came to the rescue and resolved the issue with his prompt and courteous response. He has restored my faith in Miway - hence I wont be changing my insurer for now.</p>
