<p>I called in to have my debit date changed and to question my policy review. I was assisted by Dikeledi who was very friendly, she changed my debit date to the date i specified and also explained to me about the prorata that will be app****. She ecalated my second matter to her seniors and advised that i would receive a call from them within 72 hours. I was really happy with her service, and she should keep it up</p>
