<p>i have struggling with the assistance regarding the increase of excess and for the week was struggling to get assistance. today the 06/10/2016 the lady by the name of Poeletso was of a great assisatance i got the great service, she is one the kind listen to me attentively and at last my i was given a quality service .</p>
