<p>I spoke to Solomzi. he assisted me in updating my insurance for my profile. it was a very long phone call but as i had problems with the app and didn't get a call back after asking for one 2 days before i called and Solomzi helped me.. I didn't ask to be called back, but he was courtius, and helpful. he worked out apremium for me and managed to get it a little lower. any complaints i might have are not his fault or doing.</p>
