My husband wanted to switch the insurance. He approached Miway but the deal was not finalised. Since I'm the active member of Miway and the regular driver of the car, Miway deducted money from my account on behalf of my husband while he was still having an insurance with another company. Thapelo Masinga helped me get my money back and cancelled the incomplete deal.
