Good premium / Value for money

I received a policy renewal schedule which meant that my premiums had increased, I called miway and spoke to Florence Mashangoane, retention officer who reviewed my policy and showed me how valuable I am at Miway. She managed to scale it a bit down and she reassured me that I am the longest serving member of miway and she escalated the matter to her senior, Mr Lemmy Mochabang who also ensured that my stay at miway is a pleasant one. I am very much happy with the level of service I got from Miway. Keep doing the good job.
