Good Experience, Friendly call centre agent by the name Kwandile who was cool and calm
Good Experience, Friendly call centre agent by the name Kwandile who was cool and calm. She kept me grounded. Asked if I needed assistance as i was alone, told her I am good as I had someone with me. Tow truck driver came, he was friendly as well. Very careful with the car. Had a good chat and laugh with him. He brought me home safely 💕
