Good day I lodged a claim with MiWay. (c***). The original person I dealt with never gave me feedback. Today I went to the MiWay website and chatted to Desmond Kwena Papole. It was such a joy to interact with the Kwena. He was very pleasant and helpful and within 10 minutes my issue was sorted out.
