Good day I cancelled my Miway policy on the 15th of September 2025

Good day I cancelled my Miway policy on the 15th of September 2025. Too my suprise miway cancelled the free policy that they gave me they also tried to deduct the money on the 25th of september 2025 while not given authorisation for that day as the new policy was only affected from 1 October 2025 and the debit order had to be deducted on the 2nd October 2025. I saw this and called them last Saturday and cancelled again with phobe calls and emails now they really deducted my account why are they doing this
