Good customer service. Friendly and professional

I have only had a short amount of time with them, but I have to say that their customer service is good.

I got a very competitive quote from them and the only reason I didn’t stay is because my current insurance was willing to beat the quote.

I had Talksure as a broker on behalf of MiWay for the brief time and they were very difficult to deal with. I offered them the option to beat my new quote or cancel and they lady was a bit dismissive and said she would cancel. This is fine, however I received no confirmation of cancellation email. Turns out Talksure only said that they would cancel, but they actually didn’t.

I emailed MiWay about this and they handled the situation in a very professional way. I am happy with their service.

If anyone wants to go with MiWay in future, I suggest going directly to them. Do not worry about a broker. They have good service and are professional.
