Good customer Service.

Saturday November the 28th I call miway insurance trying to arrange the drive me home vehicle and the lady that was helping me was Ayanda, from our first call I could tell that she was professional and knowledgeable about her job. I waited for the car for couple of hours it didn't come. Ayanda call me again asking if the driver had arrived I told her no I'm still waiting. She call the driver only to find the driver was lost. Poor lady politely apologized to me for the inconvenience and send me the Uber voucher which I used to get home. Few minutes after getting home she called me asking if I get home safe. Really appreciate her great service.
