Good Customer Service and Going The extra mile
On Wed 22nd April i phoned Miway with the intention to cancel my policy as i felt i was paying too much. I was assited by a Thapelo Masinga<br> Thapelo took me through my Policy and managed to save me a few hundred rands.<br> <br> On Friday the 24th Thapelo gave me a follow up call, only to find out that the same Wed i ended up in Hospital With a Heart condition. <br> A few hours later he pitched up by my bedside with a beautiful bunch of flowers. This RAOK made me feel so special and me feel like i had a family with MIWAY, for him to drive all the way from Midrand to Kempton Park!<br> <br> Thank you Thapelo, thank your Miway, i wish we had many more of you, it goes a long way
