Good customer service and consultant named Christina

I recently claimed for a broken windscreen and I was charged the excess fee which didn't align to my expectations, I called MiWay and the consultant named Christina assisted me in resolving the fees and also provided me a better offer for my premiums. This is was done under 30 minutes and I am happy now.
