Good Customer Service

I made a call to MiWay so that I can have my Residential Address and Postal Address corrected. After holding for more than 5 minutes I dropped the phone only to have Dorcus calling back after about 2 minutes. She made the changes as I requested and went on to help me register on MiWay's website in case I needed some help in future which is something that is quite certain. Basically all the services are done online once you register and this serves a lot of time especially when you have to be put on hold for relatively lengthy period of time.
