good customer service

i have been a MIWAY client for 7 years 11 months now and i must say the reason for my loyalty has been their service and they keep doing things "Miway". Last week i contacted them to request a reduced premium on my vehicle due to my recent tight budget and also me not wanting to compromise on things like insurance that one should always have. I spoke to Mduduzi who said to me he will ensure someone contacts me regarding my request.

This morning i received a call from Thabiso Letsoela who managed to reduce my premium. today, after so many years; i am still a happy client. my premium has been reduced.
