Good customer service

I've make a call last week regarding the sms's that I was receiving from Miway, and a consultant by the name of Obakeng pick up the phone and I explained the process step by step and it was well understandable. Today again I was finishing up what he asked me to do and within two minutes of time after I sent the email he called me to confirm that he received my email and my car details was already updated and before I was even finished talking to him the email confirmation was in my box, of which is a good customer service there was no need for me to do the follow up.
