Good Customer Service

After being stuck on the side of the road with a flat battery, I called my insurance company for roadside assistance and they provided me with some help, however I had to call Miway third party agent to come and assist me and he said he can’t come help me because he was too far!! Through all that fruastration I called in again and got through to a lady called Nobantu who professionally handle the matter for me, she made sure that I didn’t have to call the 3rd party agent myself and she liaised with them on my behalf, giving them my location and still checking up on me every 15 minutes . 30 min later I was assisted and on my way.
