<p>It was a great pleasure dealing with an awesome consultant from miway. Phumeza Nkosi from miway at Kosmosdal branch went extra mile to assist me with a dissatisfaction I had regarding my premium. She was empathy, understanding and she went far as consulting her supervisor to reduce my premium. We even engaged to other topics and she was able to assist.
