Good customer service

I am impressed by the way Thapelo followed up on me because I told him I wanted to change my address but couldn't talk at that moment since I was busy at that moment. He called me almost every day to see if I had time to do it. Today I had a minute to spare and he helped me through the process and guess what..... my premium went down after the changes. I am so grateful for his good cutsomer service skills.
