Good customer service

I called earlier enquiring about a few things..as I am insured with miway since December... But because of unforseen circumstances I might not be able to make a payment towards my insurance premium... And i was helped by someone called Lesedi she was really helpful.. Took me through all the necessary steps that I needed to follow if I see that I wasn't going to be able pay... I appreciate her patience with me... It was a good customer experience.. Thank you
