Good Call Centre Experience

I have recently moved out of South Africa but needed help with my old car insurance policy. Obakeng Dube and Bongani Sibiya were extremely helpful in the call center and customized my request to give me exactly what I needed for my new car insurance company on this side. They were willing and eager to help me with what I needed. I had the letters emailed to me before I hangup the phone so that I could check all was in order.
