GOOD ATTITUDE
This is to complement about the good attitude of Miway consultant (Christian Potgiter). Few hours ago I have updated my policy with Miway, so by doing that the monthly premium went up very abnormal. Christian was the person responsible, he has shown a willingness to assist and eventually he managed to make me happy with my premium by reducing it to a normal premium. Christian is a very good consultant, he knows exactly how to deal with a customer and he can explain things very well and clear. He is not a consultant that does not want to listen, he is not hush on customers and he does not force a customer to understand things. I wish every time I have problem with Miway I can be helped by him.
