Good at Making False Promises - Don't Fall For It!!!

If you want a company that is true to its word, look elsewhere. MiWay is good at advertising and running promotions that they will give you R400 if they cannot beat your current premium but fail to keep to it. They failed dismally at providing a competitive quote and even more when it came to sticking to their word of giving the client R400 if the premium could not be beaten. They requested my current schedule to see that the premium I provided is indeed correct. After 72hours, I have yet to receive a call, a response to my email or even feedback as to how/when they are intending on keeping to their promise. I have contacted them to find out and Ngoako Moroko says that he will revert to me, sadly the service is despicable as the company. If they can't promise to pay R400, how exactly would they pay a claim which would be far more????
