Good annual review process and efficient chat platform and professional service from representative
The annual policy review is fair and shows good faith from Miway to it's policy holders. The representative assisting me, Kitlano Cawe, was very prompt, courteous and professional in handling my query. The chat platform on the app is efficient, there is little to no idle time between messages.
