After having an accident the first week was the worst, with Leva van de Wit as my assigned claims officer, she/he never called, never answered the phone I was frustrated and not happy,they changed and gave me Solani Baloyi she responded quickly, very hands on, kept me updated she made sure things went very well, I am happy now my car will finally be fixed because of her sense of urgency, she knows how to work with customers, Thank you Solani and Miway.
