Going the extra mile
On the 20th of February 2015, at about 09:46 Thapelo Masinga, Retention Specialist, called me after I had requested him via e-mail to contact me.<br> <br> Thapelo was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I think he went an extra mile in keeping me as a Miway policy holder.<br> <br> He offered me a good deal with regards to my monthly premium on my insurance policy.<br> <br> I would recommend anyone who needs good service from MiWay to speak to Thapelo.
