Going the extra mile

Earlier today when I was contacted by Miway after sending a call me back request, I expressed my dissatisfaction about details on my policy .Needless to say I was very upset and told the consultant that I am thinking of cancelling my policy. A while after having that conversation I was phoned back by a senior consultant,Refilwe Montshiwa (Ref. ********** 1), who assisted me in every possible way he could. Wow, was I impressed with his service! He really went the extra mile making sure I was satisfied by the time the call ended. Great work ,Refilwe!You really put a big smile on my face and it was such a pleasure being assisted by you!
