Going out of your Way
MiWay has been good to me this far. The premium is great the service is also excellent. I thought maybe to wouldn't mind going out of their way just a little bit for me. I was going through my policy then i saw MiHelp Home Assistance. I got excited was about to call MiWay the greatest insurance in the country. Because i have been looking for a plumber to assist me with a pipe i need replaced in my flat that I currently stay in. The replacement I have, yet this people are expensive to do that for you. So please don't blame me when I suddenly saw that benefit and thought maybe just maybe just maybe just maybe. Eish! Life is tough. Called in and got informed that I don't qualify for it. Imagine my drop, and I was busy boosting about MiWay at work this morning till I made the call. Now i'm even scared of admitting to my co-workers that they were right. Mara MiWay

Called back and got informed that I need to add home contents or property policy as part MiHelp Home Assistance. Spoke Kgotso Moagi, he informed me of what I need to do in order to get that benefit from you. He was great at it i can say. I could hear from his voice that if he could he would go out of his way to assist me on this. I was really hoping MiWay will go out of its way to assist me with Situation of Mine. Yet I can see I wont get that assistance from you MiWay.
