Going more than the extra mile - thank you
It was increase time again for my insurance with Miway and they said that if I have any concerns with regards to this I must contact them, which I did.
I spoke to a very friendly and helpful Senior Consultant/Supervisor Genevieve and she managed to assist me and alleviate my concerns with regards to the increase and managed to accommodate me more than I expected.
