Going Extra Mile

She went and Extra miles while I was busy with my query which was the tracker one. She made sure that I get all the necessary information and used even her personal email to assist me since my network had some technically problems I could'not receive or send emails. my problem was resolved to my satisfaction and she even updated some Information which I was not aware off which at the latter stage it was going to a problem when I claim.<br> Thanks a lot.
