Going an extra mile for the client!

<br> I had a roadside assistant matter that was not well handled and thus I called and tried to raise my concern with three other consultants prior to Themba. Two of them hang up on me and other one promised to refer the matter to the proper authorities. Themba is the one who made me feel important and went out of his way to ensure me that choosing Miway as my insurance company was worth it! We need people like Themba who are client orientated and are just not working, but show passion and dedication in their work. Who will not run the company down. Keep the good job up T! :-)
