Going above and beyond

<p>Driving home from work I heard the most awful noise coming from my engine and was lucky enough to pull over at a petrol station. Turns out my V-belt snapped. My cellphone battery died so I wasn't able to get a tow truck. Landed up taking the chance and driving the car home. I called Miway this morning and was initially told that they would have to charge me for the two as I was at home and not on the side of the road. Was given a quote of R910 to tow my car literally down the road. After declining the quote a Miway consultant called me back and said he had spoken to his manager and explained the situation. Miway was willing to tow me with no charge! Was so surprised and happy to see that they were willing to bypass their usual protocol to help me out! Thanks Ntokozo Sibeko!</p>
