God send Miway angents Solomon Seima and Teboho Thebehadi

I just want to take this opportunity, to thank two very excellent people for there service. Solomon Seima and Teboho Thebehadi. I was recently involved in a car accident and on the day FH tow truck service came to assist at the scene i was told the the person who drove into insurance which was Miway insurance was liable for my towing services and FH was an aproved dealer for Miway i dont need to stress about anything as i was woman alone when this had happen i trusted these people as they said Miway was going to pay for my vehicle being towed and they will cover all costs. However it was a lie on the 16/08/2021 i received and invoice of R13685.00 i was so shocked i could'nt even speak i cried the whole day i was in such a bad place not knowing how i was going to get the money and was think of selling my car just to pay the bill or told them to keep my car cause i dont have that kinda money. Then a Miway agent called me Solomon a God send angel i could hardly speak to him as i was so confused and did'nt know how i was get that kinda money Solomon listen to me calmly and he tried to calm me as well as i was going true a very difficult time he spoke to me politely and Professionally he said he was going to try and help me get this bill sorted out and which he did. Yesterday 18/08/2021 Solomon contacted me and he gave me the greatest news ever that i wont need to sell my car to pay for the bill he arrange for a better payment at Miway costs so now i will only be paying R2875.00 all thanks to Solomon and Teboho. They have just given me another change to believe that God is good and we still have some great people amongst us. Thank you so much for your excellent service you guys will forever be blessed if this is how you treat your clients. Miway truly have some winners on their team.
