Glass Access too high.

I recently received an email from Miway reviewing my policy. I thought the increase was ridiculous and duly responded via email registering my dismay. Busi called me and reviwed it down. During the call, she notified me that my glass access was R1300 and she'd reduced it to R500! I then remembered that i had a windscreen clain in 2019 and at PG glass they told me if it wasn't an insurance claim i would be paying R1700 or so. I realized in that instant, that Miway was paying the access and i was the insurer! I am disappointed and feel short changed, i mean, i have been with Miway for 10 plus years.
