given the run around on my car repair
<p>I recently changed my car insurance to Miway, after they called me telling me how much i can save and yet still get the same great service with more benefits then my recent insurance, I than changed to Miway my car was recently in an accident, and now Miway is not sticking to their end of the deal, they called me telling me that my access fee is R5000.00 if they fix the car but if i decide to fix it on my own it will cost me round about R3000.00, I than decided to go make the arragmnet with the panelbiter to fix the car and make payment arragments, but the panelbiter told me a diffrent story they told me repairng the car will cost me round about R9000.00 to R10000.00 and that the R3000.00 is the access fee, so now Miway who promised me the best deal than my recent insurance is giving me the worst deal firstly they are giving incorrect facts and secondly they are giving me the run around. Now that they have me on board an taking my money every month they don't what to keep their side of the deal, I use my car daily to travel to work but now with Miway taking their time they simple telling that Mr keep walking to work, will take our monthly payments from you and will attended to you on our own time!!!!!!! </p>

It's been 2 months since i reported my car issue on hellopeter, and I still don't know whats happening to my car after I got a message to call them back i tried but no luck and since than, no one from miway called me to tell me what is happening to my car its been 2 full months nothing no sms, no call. I need to know what's happening people

28 April 2017 I got an apology from miway for the delay on my claim, but still i don't have answers my car is still not fixed. The first quote I sent it through to them on the 17/02/2017 and was later told they never got it, but what frustrates me the most is the fact that no one called to tell me they never got the quote, I had to call beacuse i was now making a follow up on how far they were with the car and i was told they never got the quote, and when i spoke to the panel beater guys they told me they sent the quote to Miway it's been 4 months now and still nothing has happened no call, no sms not even a please call miway, I then resent the same quote again on Tuesday and when i ask them to give me a turn around time no one has a clue meaning I'll have to keep on calling, i dont thinking they understand how frustrated taking public transport can me that is why they are taking their time
