Lebo Tladi is a Claims assessor that was assigned to my claim. There was nothing short of Lebo’s service. From the first day she called me to validate my claim, she was very patient and so calm, even though I had missed a couple of her calls, she always maintained her cool.

After disclosing to her that I had tested positive for COVID and that I was in isolation, she made sure that with every other call she made, she asked about me and my family’s well-being first, before getting down to business. That made me feel very special. I then received an email from her with a Checkers voucher for me to go buy myself steaming essentials during my isolation period.
