I recently donated my car against my will to the South African Crime Association (Just joking) My car was ****** and I was shopping around looking at a few cars. I found 3 cars I was interested in. As insurance is a big decision maker, I had to know what it would be. They worked out quotes for all of these cars in no time and mailed it to me. I finally made up my mind on a car. Exited I informed Miway on witch car I will be taking and we decided on a date to when the insurance should start. On the day it had to start I was informed by the dealer that the car won't be ready and will be ready only next week. I opened up my tablet, opened the Miway app that works very well and anyone can use it. Easy to navigate around in the app. So I went to the live chat tab and changed the date to a later date, they didn't have any problem and did it even tho the cover should have started today. Later that day the dealer called... yes you guessed it, my car will be ready the following day. Again, open up the app, went to live chat and asked them if they can change it to start the next day. In no time they changed it. No hassle. When I initially took out the insurance and set a date, they worked out the payment prorate. Now, since i delayed the cover with one day, yes one day, I was notified that they will give me a credit for that 1 day as they already requested payment at my bank and they can't change it. They really go out of their way to make things hassle free for you. The experience I had on the chat was also amazing. Very friendly, helpful and understanding that things change. Great work guys.
