Give my money back

I am on the brink of moving my business from MiWay Insurance, i have been trying to recover my access money from this insurance for the past year. I am dealing with a lady by the name of Jo-Lindi. I find that the company will be very helpful when they want you to sign up and take insurance with them but are the complete opposite when they have to pay monies back. Last year 2018 November i was involved in an accident, rear ended. When my car was towed and was dealing with my way i was assured that as soon as the company had settled with the guilty partys' insurance i would get my excess back. The guy who rear ended my was insured with Santam which happens to have the same underwriters as my (basically siblings in the world of insurance). According the the emails received from Santam the whole thing was settled but i am still yet to get my money back from MiWay. The thing that ****es me off the most is the arrogance i encounter whenever i ask about my refund. I have been contacting the company almost monthly but no one can tell me what the exact problem is and why i am not getting my refund. I am now so annoyed i just want my money so i can change insurances. If this is the kind of service they offer i will definitely not be recommending anyone to go with MiWay.

This is such a pity because i have been a loyal customers for so long.....
