Ghosted

I made a claim with Miway on 27/11/23 for a stove and aircon. I was told to make a quote for the aircon. I have been trying to get hold of Miway to send through the quote but I haven’t received any help. They also rejected my claim for the stove claiming that the stove was damaged due to deterioration which is far from being true. They also rejected claims and stated deterioration. We’ve been a faithful client of Miway and never missed a premium but I get ghosted when I have to claim. To those who want to join Miway please don't. Find another insurer because this one is trash🚮
