Getting personal information from other companies

Got a Call from Miway regards to Car Insurance and they would like to to give me a free quote on what i would be paying with them.

1st - How do they know who i am and how did they get my information. This raises a security concern for me. I spoke to the Agent and i ask him where did you get my information from? Agent advised that Miway got the information from Bluelabel Datasolutions.

2nd - Who told who that they can get my information without my permission. I honestly do not like it when companies ask for information from other companies so that they can try to sell you something.

3rd - If I would like to get a better deal with a different Car insurance company i will phone you myself.

I hope you guys know that you can get sued for getting personal information of people without their permission. I hope that this gets past onto Bluelabel's CEO as this is not the correct way of doing business.

Note that i will be passing the information to my Lawyer along with the recording that i have on my phone that happen at 09:40 on 11/09/2018 - Number **********

Please remove all my information from your database as I will definitely not refer this company to anyone else that i know.
