Getting nowhere - frustrated!

Abt a month back while standing at the robots I was bumped at the back (car) by another car - the driver accepted responsibility and said his insurance will pay for the damages. I was then incontact with Miway and they requested a number of items from me which included running around town looking for panel beaters for quotations - in which most turned me away as they said they do not do 3rd party claim. I have met all of Miways requirements and struggling to get anywhere with them. I constantly have to call them to find out what is happening - no one is calling me to keep me in the loop on what is happening with my claim. I got a call saying I have to meet up with an assessor at jhb cbd (which I find just strange as to why I had to get quotations whereas their assessor will stl assess the car) I work in braamfontein and they are unable to come to my work place, now have to take time off work to meet them. I agreed and was supposed to be called back for more information as to where to meet. NOTHING! again I am the one who has to call and find out what is the hold up! I would like for Miway to resolve this issue soonest as I was not in the wrong here! and it is quite frustrating!
