Getting back on time

I initialy called in and spoke to Andrew yet some how got cut off,being out of the country I dialed again yet my husbands SA number started ringing and it was Andrew getting back to me yet I had to explain to him that the SA number is roaming thus high call charges yet I would call and ask for him,called again and spoke to Ramasela I guess there's a lot of Andrew's as she offered to help, my request was for a border letter on behalf of my husbands as we will be taking a mini vacation upon our arrival back in the country,Ramasela was friendly and efficient thus I would like to thank them both for their efforts.
