Generally I'm satisfied with MiWay except 2things: 1. when I wanted to make a claim last time I didn't get any help for a month, but a very bad service. And I decided to withdraw the claim. 2. Premium creases every year is not ideal for me, I'm expecting a premium decrease instead, especially for longtime clients.
