Generally easy to work with and best premiums - been a client over 10 years. Although when posed questions that's not on (the script) then there's no form of escalation. Normally quite hard to get escalated persons to contact you back. Unless you have the contact details of the Retention Dept. The times I've spoken to them, they are amazing and go out of their way. Recent interaction was with Thabani Mnguni - who was exceptional. Really goes out of his way to find a solution and not just give a default response cause there's no scripted answer. Extremely helpful and patient.
