Funds Returned & Insurance reduced

I had a query where MiWay has debited funds on the wrong date, The Debit order was returned as there was no funds in the account, I had charges that went off, as this error wasnt on myside and on MiWay's side.<br> <br> Glynis assisted me in gettig the Debit order submitted again and also getting the charges refunded to myself, she also kept me up to date on the progress.<br> <br> Selina, assisted me with my policy, she has updated all the info and she has also made a point in getting the policy less, as per the instruction I had given her, she was friendly and even called me back the folloing day to advise on the debit order and the charges.<br> <br> Thank you ladies for your assistance.
