****ed up service

My Dad is a client of mi-way and he has comprehensive cover for his 2 bakkies with mi-way. these are business bakkies and we had stated that these bakkies work everyday in Goblersdal (Limpopo and Mpumalanga). About 2 weeks ago one bakkie of ours broke down in Goblersdal and we were told that Mi-Way cannot cover the bakkie as it works 200km away from home. No tow truck covered too. This is the same insurance taking comprehensive cover money every month claiming our cars are covered for business. Now yesterday my dad gets an sms that premiums are going up and not by 10 percent but hundreds of rands ***? And reason for that is because we changed the driver, but still our cars aren't covers were they work. This insurance is committing ***** as they deduct money for cars they don't cover and increasing premiums with ridiculers amounts but come claim time they don't want to cover. this is really bull.
