Frustrating consultants
I have generally had good service from MiWay except for one issue that was handled terribly. However, my main ripe is the struggle to get the policy correct. I keep having to ask for corrections to be done because they do not get done properly. I send in detailed corrections by email but it seems these do not get taken on board when doing the corrections. If they could just follow the written corrections then it would be done correctly.....

28 Dec 2022, 14:43A MiWay supervisor called me the following day and, by doing what I suggested and using my written corrections, the policy is now 100% correct. I cannot remember your name (sorry) but I am truly thankful to FINALLY have all the policy details correctly captured! :-)
