frustrated with miway

I was involved in a accident in Dinokeng the road ended, it was dark and I had to make a u turn, ended up damaging the car at the front and the rear, did not see the obstacles I was forced to register 2 claims for one incident, expecting me to pay double access and a extra R4500 for being involved in the accident by myself. never been told about the extra access. Never been in a accident for more than 15 years The big problem is my car is not fixed yet , going for 2 months now First miway approved the repair at the back at 2 different panel beaters for the same damage. I informed miway about the error, asked to speak to a supervisor, the assessor on numerous occasions still nobody helped me. I even told them I heard a noise at the front and it sounds like the bulbar is lose and going to fall off and need to repair the car just frustrated and just want my car fixed
